17th Annual Orange Business & Community Expo

   Network with Expo Visitors & over 60 Business Vendors


Registration is suggested, but walk-ins are always welcome

Visitors can look forward to over 60 exhibitors showcasing their products and services.  Make new contacts and leads, attend a networking activity or seminar, sample food from our fabulous restaurant vendors, learn about tourism opportunities in Connecticut, and more.  See our Activity Schedule below. (NOTE:  The One-on-One Speed Networking Event is sold out as of 6/4).  Every Attendee will receive a Visitor Badge, Event Bag and Event Program.  

Visitor Parking:  Visitors can park around the areas of Beckerman’s Rec Center (Numbers 27, 2, & 31 on the campus map).  Link to Campus Map

Vendor Parking:   Enter the complex at 300 Boston Post Road (Letter B on the campus map).  Beckerman’s Rec Center is on the right as you enter (Number 27 on the campus map).  You may pull up to the front of the building to unload, but you must move your car as soon as possible to the vendor parking areas (Numbers 23 and 50 on the campus map). Staff will be at the door to assist you. 

Check-in: You must check in at our welcome table as you enter.  At that time, you will receive your, exhibitor lanyard, program and event bag. 

Wifi:  Wifi is available. You will need to create a guest account when you arrive.

8:30 - 9:45 ....... Morning Jolt:  The Chamber is taking their monthly Morning Jolt to the Expo!  Stop by for morning coffee, refreshments and conversation.  Provided by the Orange Chamber of Commerce.  Location:  2nd Floor Conf Room 


10:00 - 11:00 .... One-on-One Speed Networking:  Rob Thomas will be back this year by popular demand! A separate event before the Expo begins, a fun and effective way to make connections!  Rob Thomas (ROBTHOMASUSA), professional networking coach will be the moderator.  Seating is limited; registration is required, $15 per person includes event, refreshments, raffle entry and goodie bag.  Location:  2nd Floor Conf Room SOLD OUT AS OF 6/4


10:00 - Noon..... Greater New Haven's Annual Spring Brochure Swap:  Learn about the fun things to do in Connecticut.  Representatives from local Connecticut attractions and hotels will be present. Provided by Visit New Haven.  Location:  Mac Court


10:00 - 4:00..... Partners in the Arts: The Orange Arts & Culture Council will be providing a beautiful art exhibit. Information will be available of how art can be displayed at your place of business.  Works in several types of media are available.  Location:  Mac Court 
11:00 - 4:00....... Main Court Opens: Visit and network with over 60 vendors  Haven.  Location:  Main Court
11:00 - 3:30....... Free Raffle: Participate in the Passport Raffle for a chance to win one of many raffle prizes on display at the Welcome Center.  Location:  Sign up at the Welcome Center
11:30 - 1:30........Food Vendor Row:  Food samples will be available from local caterers and restaurants.   Location: Main Court
11:30 - 3:30....... Professional Head Shots:  Stop by the Liz Lyon Photography booth and have professional headshots taken at no cost.  Liz will email your headshot.  Appointments are 1:30 - 1:00 or 2:30 - 3:30; sign up at Booth 60.


11:00 - 4:00 .......Balance Assessment & Tips on Improving Balance:  Have a personalized balance assessment and receive tips on improving your balance.  Stop by the Aiping Tai Chi Center Booth 34.  


11:00 - 4:00 ...... Posture Screening: Rubino Family Chiropractic will be giving posture assessments to determine how your body is working on a daily basis.  The app they use will point out nerve interference going to different organs and tissues.  Location: Rubino Family Chiropractic Booth 52.  
2:30 - 3:30 ...... Seminar - Prepare Your Business for Any Emergency: This seminar will give small business owners some insight on emergency preparedness for both man-made and natural disasters/emergencies. Discussions on national trends on weather related emergencies, employee violence and active shooter.  How to secure your business against burglary.  How infrastructure improvements can prevent crime. Seating is limited please call to register Provided by:  Anthony Cuozzo, Orange Training Group, LLC (Anthony is a retired Assistant Chief of Police).
