PPP LOAN FORGIVENESS APPLICATION: The Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Loan Forgiveness Application was just released by the SBA. The instructions inform borrowers how to apply for forgiveness of their PPP loans, consistent with the CARES Act. INSTRUCTIONS & LOAN FOREGIVENESS APPLICATION

STATE DELAYS OPENING OF SALONS: Governor Lamont delays opening salons and barber shops until early June. Originally, the industry got clearance to open on May 20th, but after speaking with salon/barber business owners and employees, Governor Lamont feels additional prepartion time time is needed. RESTAURANTS & OUTDOOR DINING: The Town of Orange has a new application based on the State's GUIDELINES to expedite the permitting process for outdoor dining. The application is available on the town's ViewPoint system.
