Unfortunately, businesses we have lost over the last month are Prime 16 and Julia's Bakery. We are sad to see them go.

Bob's Discount Furniture will be moving from their current location in Orange to Orange Meadows Plaza taking the space that housed Julia's Bakery, Anytime Fitness, and Weight Watchers. The move will take place in the third quarter of 2023. Also in the same plaza, Ulta Beauty is planning to locate in the former Talbots.

CONSTRUCTION

Construction is moving along at Fireside Commons, located on Old Tavern Road. The new development will contain 72 apartments, with retail space below, in this new three-story building. A completion date is not confirmed, but the hope is to be completed by third quarter 2023.

We held a ground breaking ceremony for Racebrook Medical Center which will house Connecticut Orthopaedics and Hartford Healthcare. The new facility is located at 235 Boston Post Road and construction began on January 4th. READ THE ARTICLE HERE
