OEDC KICKS OF ACTIVITIES & EVENTS FOR 2014
2013 was a busy year for the Town of Orange & the Orange Economic Development Corporation. As we have entetred 2014, the OEDC is planning for another exciting year. Specifically, we have intitiated marketing activities for the following programs;
- Boston Post Road Banner Program,
- 2014 Orange Business & Community Expo,
- OrangeLife Magazine - June Issue, and
- Don't be surprised if we roll out another new activity scheduled for the Fall of 2014.
BOSTON POST ROAD BANNER PROGRAM
The Boston Post Road Banner Program is a relatively straight forward program. Local Businesses have the abilty to sponsor banners that are set on the 36 Decorative Light Poles installed along the length of the Boston Post Road for a one year period at a cost of $600.
This is an excellent way to advertise your business every day of the year, to the 25,000+ cars that traverse the Boston Post Road on a daily basis. To sponsor a Banner, you should simply call Mary or Paul at (203) 891-1045 for a complete listing of the available locations. We will work with you to design the perfect banner for your specific business. ACT Quickly as sponsorship locations are going fast. We have already sold 16 of the available 36 banner locations.
ORANGE BUSINESS & COMMUNITY EXPO - JUNE 18, 2014
Can you believe that this year's event represents the 13th Annual Orange Busines & Community Expo? The Expo, scheduled for Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at the High Plains Community Center will run from 11am to 4 pm.

We expect to our 13th straight sell out with 58+ Vendors participating in this one day event and they will be joined by over 400 visitors throughout the day. The cost per booth is $300. The Expo will provide Food, Networking opportunites, Educational Semnars, Entertainmet, & Raffles throughout the day. Don't get shut out! Register today on the OEDC Website.
