The primary mission of the OEDC board of Directors is to promote prudent economic growth by supporting and growing the Town's business base while sustaining a high quality of life for its citizens. Orange Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors consists of private companies, local residents, and municipal representatives. Currently, the OEDC has thirty-four (34) participating members.

interested individuals to serve on the OEDC Board of Directors.

Organizational Priorities
The OEDC works to improve business services in town and encourage development and growth of the community's grand list. This enables the Town of Orange to provide better services to the business and residential community, while keeping taxes low.
Your financial assistance to the OEDC helps keep your taxes low and provides necessary funding to maintain the organization. The OEDC is a 501 (c) (3) organization and as such, your financial contributions are tax deductible. If you wish to contribute financially please notify Paul Grimmer at pgrimmer@orangeedc.com.
