ORANGE, CT (March 17, 2006) —
Spring Brook Common, Orange’s
newest commercial medical, professional office and retail project
hosted a Ground Breaking Ceremony on Thursday, July 20, 2006 at 240
Indian River Road.

Ceremony included Russell Smith, Owner and Developer of Spring Brook
Common; First Selectman James Zeoli; Paul Grimmer, Executive
Director of the Orange Economic Development Corporation; John
Labella of Wright Real Estate Group; Greg Nucci, AIA of Point One
Architects and Kevin King of
Naugatuck Savings Bank.
Spring Brook Common, is
approximately 60,000sf of new custom medical office, professional
office and retail space. Paul Grimmer stated, “Spring Brook Common
is conveniently located near Interstate 95 and Route 1. This is an
exciting project for the community; we believe it is going to be a
tremendous success.”
The project is unique in that it is
being offered either for purchase or lease. It will focus on high
quality space for medical, professional office and retail uses which
can be customized for each individual buyer or tenant needs. Also
available will be lower level space for storage and parking. “The
first units will be prepared for delivery in the fall of 2007.
Preconstruction interest has been very good. We are very excited
and confident that spring Brook Common will be an asset to the Town
of Orange’s business community”, said Russell Smith.
