The deadline is approaching to register for Orange Restaurant and Business Week.  The event will be held from May 28th to June 10th, and we invite Orange restaurants and businesses to participate by providing a special Bicentennial offer, such as a sale item, prix fixe menu, or even an item for $18.22. We will promote your offer via flyers, social media, newsletters, eblasts, our websites, and press releases at no cost to you. The goal is to get the entire Orange community to celebrate in this very special occasion. The 2nd Annual Orange Artisan Fest and Vendor Fair is scheduled on Thursday, 6/23/22, 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm. Exhibitors include a great mix of small businesses, artisans, makers, and farmers from the area. The all-outdoor event will feature 60+ vendors, food trucks and live music. Deadline is approaching to get your ad into OrangeLife's spring edition. This will be a special issue being that the Town is celebrating its Bicentennial this summer. Advertising rates run from $225 - $1,600. Commitments are due ASAP so we can save a spot. Camera-ready ads due April 15th. If we are to create your ad, contact us ASAP. Orange Community Farmers Market - Opening day is June 30th. The market runs from 3:30 - 7:00, each Thursday until September 29th. We have 15 vendors committed with more to come. Check out our current VENDOR LIST.

OEDC Golf Tournament- Save the date for September 13th! The tournament will begin at noon with lunch, a shotgun start at 1 pm, and the event concludes with a cocktail hour. REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN. Once again, we are partnering with the Orange Volunteer Fire Department and we will donate a portion of our proceeds to this organization. Sponsors are needed. Boston Post Road Banner Program - Advertise your business to the 25,000+ cars that travel the Boston Post Road. Banners are placed on the decorative light poles located at each of the major intersections along the Boston Post Road.  MORE INFORMATION

Job Manager - Employment Listings-A business may post their employment opportunities to our Job Manager Page on the OEDC website and we will promote it via our media channels, to assist local businesses with their staffing needs. Electric Vehicle Charging Station Installation - Business and plaza owners interested in installing EV Charging Stations should take advantage of the incentives offered by United Illuminating before they are gone by applying to their Make-Ready Program. Businesses can now install EV charging stations with up to 100% reimbursement of costs for the electrical improvements needed to support EV charging and up to 50% reimbursement of installed electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE).
