VENDOR Registration - 5th Annual Orange Artisan Festival & Business Expo - June 19, 2025
BUSINESSES: Location of business vendors will be located under the Main Tent. A table, tablecloth and chair will be provided. Electricity is very limited; please contact us if needed. Highlight your business, sell your products or services, network with public & vendors.
ARTISANS: Location of Artisans will be outside of Main Tent. Chairs will be provided (be sure to bring a table, tablecloth, and tent if needed). A certificate of insurance is required to us.
- CRAFTERS/FINE ARTS: All items should have a handmade element: Candles, dog treats, floral/flower arrangements/plants, glass, leather, metal, jewelry, clothing, painting, photography, pottery, printmaking, paper, sculpture, soap, stone, wood, other. (Note: Regarding skincare a Department of Consumer Protection license is required to sell lotions, creams, & bath salts – but not soaps).
- FOOD: All products should be produced in a commercial kitchen in Connecticut: Baked goods, Chocolate/confections, jams/preserves, pickles, sauces, canned fruits/vegetables, salsas, dressings, spreads, oils, grains/nuts, soups, salads, other. Note: A Food Service Establishment Permit is required by the Town of Orange Health Department.
FOOD TRUCKS: We will not have competingfood trucks; i.e. only one in each food category. A certificate of insurance is required to us and a Food Service Establishment Permit is required by the Town of Orange Health Department.
FARMERS: All products are to be grown in the State of Connecticut: Eggs, fruit, vegetables, honey, herbs, plants, maple syrup, other.
